Senior Adults

Members and non-members of Custer Road United Methodist Church who are 55 years old or older are invited to participate in SAM, the Senior Adult Ministry. SAM is a ministry devoted to maintaining an active, healthy and spiritually engaged lifestyle. Monthly fellowship activity ranges from potlucks and gatherings, to game days and travel trips in and around the Dallas area. Volunteer activities range from doing minor home repairs with Plain-O Helpers and working each week in the "Thursday Morning Club," which aids the busy church office, to hospital and nursing home visitations.
