Instrumental Ensembles

Custer Road UMC instrumental ensembles are open to every member who would like to share a musical talent. We have performing groups for just about any instrument. Rehearsals are scheduled two to three weeks before playing for Sunday services.
Custer Road UMC instrumental ensembles will play at Christmas Eve services. We offer wonderful music and the best seat in the sanctuary. If you are interested in participating (grades nine and above), contact Jane Fore.
Rehearsals
Youth instrumental ensembles will play for services on Sunday, March 28. All instrumentalists (grades 7-12) are invited to play with these talented ensembles.
Youth woodwind ensemble (grades 9-12: flute, oboe, clarinet and bassoon) rehearsals are March 14 and 21 at 10:40 a.m. in B38. 7th and 8th grade ensemble (all instruments) rehearsals are March 7, 14 and 21 at 10:40 a.m. in 110.
The youth ensembles will play for services again on May 16. Rehearsals start on April 18. Contact Jane Fore.

Our ensemble rehearses weekly and performs for Sunday services three to four times yearly. We also provide additional concerts throughout the year for other area churches and social events.
