The Youth Ministry at Custer Road seeks to help create whole people who are disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world! And we need adults to help! Below are the jobs for the 2018-19 school year.
Before you decide what you want to do, consider these 4 things:
• Explore – the areas that we need help.
• Pray – listen to where God might be nudging you.
• Inspect yourself - What are your gifts? Where would your gifts match ministry?
• Commit – Are you “in” and invested? Youth Ministry is an all-in proposition! When you are ready to commit, we ask that you fill out an application online found online on the Youth Investors webpage.
Filling out this application is not a guarantee that you will be placed in a specific role.Someone will contact you about a role that matches your gifts. In the interest of brevity, there are not specific “skills” associated with any of the following job descriptions. Instead, we would ask that you take a few minutes to investigate what skill set would be useful for each job description.

• Abide by the guidelines in the Student Ministries Handbook and all MinistrySafe Policies.
