The youth ministry at Custer Road UMC is a vibrant and growing program for youth in grades 6-12th. We seek to connect youth with God in meaningful ways that will equip them for a lifetime of discipleship and service.
We believe that we are called to create whole people in the image of Jesus Christ. We have implemented a holistic youth ministry philosophy (learn more about this philosophy here) and structure the programs and events around the four guiding principles of holistic ministry: worship, learning, community and service. While each of the parts are important, the sum of these parts working together will create a dynamic and transformative individual that is a witness to the love, grace, and power of Jesus Christ.
All youth are welcome and encouraged to join us on their spiritual journeys as we figure out how life and faith intersect in ways that are complicated, invigorating, difficult, and fun!
