Join us on Saturday, October 21, for a root-tootin’ good time at our annual Youth Auction Fundraiser Dinner which benefits youth mission trips, scholarships and events. The doors open at 6:30pm!
This year our theme is a good old fashioned Hoe Down! Put on your finest country wear, your boots and your cowboy hat and join us for a delicious dinner (catered by Hutchins BBQ), live music, entertainment, and amazing items to bid on. You’ll be able to go home with wonderful items and help make a huge impact on Youth Ministry. Everyone is invited to attend! Child care is provided for this event. Have a table that you’d like to sit at? Click here, find your host’s name and sign up for a seat at their table. If you don’t have a host, email our Youth Auction Table Coordinator, Corey Krick, at firstname.lastname@example.org and she’ll find the perfect table for you.

Host a Table: This year it will be easier to host a table than ever!! All you need is seven of your closest friends and place settings for eight! That’s it! NO DECORATING IS REQUIRED!! - Invite friends to purchase a seat (by clicking here) at your table and have them sign up for a seat via SignUpGenius. (This simply reserves them a seat at your table. Signing up via SignUpGenius is merely a RSVP, all guests must still purchase a ticket in order to attend the Youth Auction Dinner.)
- Purchase/Provide Tableware for eight guests. (This includes dinner plates, dessert plates, silverware, glasses and cloth napkins. NO plastic dishes, silverware or cups please. You’ll need to bring these items on the day of the auction prior to the dinner that evening. All items will be returned to you at the conclusion of the Youth Auction Dinner.)
Youth Auction Volunteers: In order to receive a discounted rate on the cost of your youth’s 2018 Mission Trip, he/she must volunteer at the Youth Auction Dinner. To learn more and to sign up, click here.
