I was born in Dallas and raised in Richardson, Texas. I earned my Bachelor of Arts and Technology at the University of Texas at Dallas and completed my MFA in the same field shortly after. I have worked in the digital design and technology field for over a decade and am excited to expand my passion of working with children. Previously to this position I taught 2-year-olds at Custer Road Christian Day School.
I love working with children and volunteering in different capacities for many years. I am an avid volunteer with Girl Scouts. I was a Girl Scout myself, earning my Gold Award, and am now leading my daughters’ troop.
I meet my husband, Aaron, in college and we have been married for 11 years. We have two beautiful and spunky daughters, Caitlyn (7) and Olivia (3.) I love spending time with my family and in the outdoors.
