My work at the church began initially as a volunteer in 2001 with the Lighthouse contemporary service. Eventually I became the AV Coordinator for the ACT II service and created weekly “theme” videos. In 2008, in addition to media responsibilities that had expanded to creating videos for church-wide events, I accepted the position to oversee our entire membership database. With my primary spiritual gift of Administration, my MBA in Accounting, and my previous job where I was also in charge of an ad agency’s software and custom reporting system, this was an instant natural fit. In 2011, as the administration and media needs of the church were expanding beyond a full-time role, I decided to focus more on the admin side of things. I truly enjoy supporting every staff member and am always looking for ways to improve processes and procedures.
